The onsite evaluation is designed to work in conjunction with our questionnaire.
We will begin with a physical inspection of all areas in your service department, staging and storage area, tools and parts location, and repair station layout.
Next, we will do an inventory check on all; tools, parts, rentals, stock equipment, vehicles and more.
Once the site and layout evaluations are complete, we will conduct staff interviews to assess current staffing status, and evaluate your training and hiring needs.
We will then reference the initial questionnaire you took and ensure we have evaluated all of the areas identified as challenges.
