service to our product line up.
We will work with you to find and hire skilled technicians that will compliment your business growth in the DME and/or CRT industry.
This service can now be added to an existing coaching package or can be contracted separately.
We are able to deliver this service remotely, so there are no travel costs necessary.
This new hiring service can be done fast and easily.
We have developed a program that can be implemented right away, helping you hire the right technician for your business.
Our service can also help to reduce your new technician’s salary expense for anywhere between 6-18 months.
And if you need help with management oversight of the newly hired technician, we offer that service within our separate coaching packages.
We can assist you with hiring 1 technician, or 10, depending on the needs of your business.
The number of hires you need will determine the cost of this service.
You can utilize our services once or ongoing, as needed.
Our current clients are already recouping
their investment in this service, usually
within 4 months of hiring their technicians, with our salary reduction program.
Our team will evaluate your staffing needs and staffing capacity for the new hiring program. This process can take between 3 weeks and a month depending on the delay in participation of the employer and staff. The one time fee is based on staff needs.
Our analytics and reporting after the evaluation will come to a detailed hiring plan for the growth projections for the company. Once this program has been executed the fees are all paid at the time of hiring and there are no additional costs.
The programs we develop are both time saving for hiring staff, but also usually are within our staff salary saving program. This program can save up to 80% of the new hire salary for up to 18 months. This program can cover all the hiring costs of our program within 4 months from the date of hiring,
If there is a need for more staff we will continue this same program for as many staff and for as long as is needed.
