The Founders of ATLAS-FIOS have over 75 years collectively as providers in this space and have formed this optimization platform to come alongside other providers to benefit their businesses in three key areas of performance.

The ATLAS-FIOS Professional Services Team is passionate about guiding the CRT/HME provider community to grow their revenue, improve their processes, develop their team, and become the successful businesses they want to be.

Matthew Macpherson is the Co- Founder and Co-CEO of ATLAS-FIOS.
He runs the daily operations and is the lead education and program director for ATLAS-FIOS.
Bill Paul is the Co-Founder and Co-CEO of ATLAS-FIOS.
He leads business development and is the oversight of operations.
Aaron Parks leads the program and coaching implementation for ATLAS-FIOS. He also assists with training and education development.
Matthew has worked in the DME provider industry for over 20 years and has experience in the following areas throughout his career:

Matthew has gravitated towards educating in this field throughout the years. He has developed over 100 in-services for PT/OT and long-term care staff on service and maintenance of equipment, one-day classes for 3 Universities across Canada and the USA for PT/OT students, an 8 week certification program through Mt Hood Community College for basic DME service technicians and currently teaches technical programs for both US Rehab and ISS annually.
Matthew is driven to see the CRT industry succeed, with improved workplace development and strategies to keep companies growing and improve patient outcomes for service, repair and delivery.
The start of Fios DME Repair Training LLC:
It was at this point 7 years ago that Matthew formed Fios, an education focused company, to make training products to help medical equipment technicians and began teaching nationally and internationally as an expert in the field. Fios has partnered with VGM and associates through US rehab to distribute training and help establish best practices within the industry.
The Start of the DMERT Group - Non Profit:
Through this collaboration the DMERT Group was formed and adopted by the industry vendors and manufacturers as the certifying body for service and repair standards. The DMERT group now has every major manufacturer on the standards committee and working relationships/partnerships with NCART, RESNA, ISWP and more.

Starting his career at an early age as an Entrepreneur, Bill has a 40 year history of founding and leading very successful business enterprises.
He learned early in his career to create businesses using a “Lateral” business development method of his existing businesses. It was in this way he set out to compliment his Complex Rehab Technology business, along with his wife Maxine, by developing ATLAS Enterprise Software for the DME/HME industry. ATLAS has become widely regarded as the premier ERP/CRM software for the industry. Over the years his career has spanned several vertical markets including,
Aerospace Manufacturing
Accredited Career Colleges and
Complex Rehab Technology.
Bill has a strong desire to serve others and come alongside business owners to help develop and implement management strategies and technics that promote sustainable enterprise growth. This work is paralleled by his deep knowledge and understanding of executive leadership. He is passionate about helping business leaders create a culture and environment where people are encouraged to grow and serve others.

Aaron began his career at Pride mobility in 2003 as a Quantum Repair Technician. From there Aaron was promoted to Quantum Product Support Rep where he assisted providers with technical issues, then he moved to the Seminar Team as a Technical Trainer.
As a trainer he assisted in writing technical training material, and in development and design of rehab equipment. He joined the custom team developing modifications to wheelchairs per providers request while still doing what he enjoys, educating providers on improving their technical skills.
Aaron moved to the sales team for Pride building customer relations with providers, assisting over the phone with technical issues and traveling to different providers doing education. After his time with Pride/Quantum Aaron moved on to the provider world, as the rehab technician manager.
In 2017 Aaron passed his ATP exams and took up the ATP position until he moved to Merits/Avid in 2019 as the Technical Service and Education Manager where he developed the training materials and program to help improve the tech department. In 2021 Aaron transitioned over to the ATLAS-FIOS Team where he will put his years of education and education material development to use.
