Technician training originally developed within a formal classroom setting that has been adapted into video format for post-hire on-the-job training. This training program, known as Level 1, covers everything from the first day of hire to advancement to Level 2. 

Complex rehab equipment training, covered in Level 2, is an important area of the medical equipment industry to service equipment for consumers with more complex needs.

Training for the care team supporting a DME user on a day-to-day basis, increasing their competence in use and basic maintenance of the equipment.
