 We will have you complete a customized and detailed questionnaire in order to create the best outline and plan for your business. The questionnaire will explore your current business status and goals. 

We will ask you questions to evaluate your; company structure, growth expectations, current challenges and any areas of improvement needed, with ratings scored between 1 - 5.

This questionnaire will highlight ways to improve your business’ profitability, productivity and staff needs, as well as billing and software improvements that can help elevate your business to the next level. 

Our questionnaires typically contain 65 - 100 questions, dependent on whether you are an established CRT provider already or want to expand into that area of business. 

It may take up to 2 hours to complete the questionnaire.
