STEP 5

We will develop a coaching package specific to your company’s needs. 

We have you covered, whether you are just starting a new CRT business, or need coaching for your service technicians, rehab technicians, rehab technician managers and ATPs.

We will build a package of coaching hours that we feel is needed, given the report analysis of your staffing needs and training. 

We will offer coaching as well as interim support in rehab management positions, while you are training the right staff to fill this role. 

If you have an established company with ATPs, Rehab Managers, and are just adding technicians and refining your process for profitability, we will modify our coaching to meet the needs of your current business model.
