Consulting Services

ATLAS-FIOS's consulting services started from noticing a need in the Complex Rehab industry for B2B strategic consulting services, with the mission of support, development, and growth. The services are offered in a number of different models depending on the needs of each company. 

First Stage

Development Stage

STEP 1

Contact ATLAS-FIOS for a detailed report with an outline (or blueprint) of the CRT services department's development needs. (This can take up to 1 week) 

STEP 2

Once there is a full report, ATLAS-FIOS will outline a structure (building) phase where items are ready to be made real. (This can take 2 weeks to 1 month)

STEP 3

Building phase is establishing the structure across any and all departments targeted. (This can be a 1–4-month process depending on the level of development needs) 


Second Stage

Organization and SOP Development

STEP 4

First step in the organization is a clean and dedicated area. Parts setup, tools, and equipment are essential to an efficient shop. Next, a formalized SOP for instore repair triage can be developed. 

STEP 5

After the warehouse has a dedicated service area ready for in-shop repairs, the focus shifts onto the mobile repair services. Each service van must be clean, organized, and loaded with the tools and parts needed to complete the variety of service needs. 

STEP 6

Last step is the in-the-home repair procedures and expectations.  It is vital to have an SOP on each area of service to ensure all required steps are being taken. Ensure the van is loaded with proper mat to lay down! 

Third Stage

Management and Efficiency

STEP 7

ATLAS-FIOS will review the management of each department and ensure there is correct operations oversight, and efficiency. 

STEP 8

On-the-road has a number of issues that must be managed and ensure every call out is being reviewed for the most efficient time utilization possible. 

STEP 9

Shifting to the CRT delivery process, this is one of the more crucial areas of management needs, as deliveries will be utilizing either a very experienced rehab tech or ATP. 


Fourth Stage

Oversight and Analytics/Review

STEP 10

Routing and time management. ATLAS-FIOS will review the management tools and staff capacity to oversee all routing, service calls, and deliveries to ensure every aspect of the company mobile services are as time efficient as possible and financially profitable.

STEP 11

Middle management oversight. With major areas running smoothly, the need remains to manage the daily and weekly tasks which rely heavily on the middle management of each department. Reporting to upper management is essential to success and growth. 

STEP 12

Analytics and review. The final step in the process is to review all areas of work, SOPs, management tools, outcomes, and goals. The review will flesh out any areas needing more attention and an execution plan if more ATLAS-FIOS work is needed.
