At ATLAS-FIOS, our vision is to help companies to hire and retain quality service technicians for either the driver tech and/or repair tech roles.

One of the first challenges is finding the right candidate. The candidate pool is usually challenging to find, and once you have a viable candidate, then there is the onboarding process and training process all to have them quit or let go due to a mismatch in expectations on either side.

ATLAS-FIOS hiring services work with local programs that aid in the vetting of candidates suited for the specific job position. This process can be time-consuming and challenging for employers to know what exactly to look for with each new job position.

Success! A candidate was found, vetted and hired. Now ATLAS-FIOS has a formalized training program directed to each staff training program supported by the state-distributed funds.
