STEP 3

 We will compile a comprehensive report, that will walk you through all of the data collected in both Step 1 – Questionnaire and Step 2 – Onsite Evaluation. 

We will customize your report to include our recommended strategies and a plan of action to build, grow and/or enhance your CRT business. 

The report will detail ways to improve space efficiency in areas of storage, cleaning, repairs and more. We will outline the strategies we have come up with that will enhance your company, in both the service and repair departments. 

We will include detailed steps needed to achieve these strategies, through our implementation program.

We will also report on the areas we feel are most needing attention and take note of the areas that are in good working order, to ensure we are maximizing our efforts in the right places.

The conclusion of our report will outline all of our strategies, the associated costs and a timeline for implementing them within your company.
