The implementation schedule and costs of your specific strategies will depend on the equipment that needs to be ordered, the staff that needs to be hired, and the storage/organization needed.
The timeframe may be as short as 2 - 6 weeks, but most will be between 6-18 months. It will follow the strategies outlined in your detailed report from Step 3.
Staffing and training usually takes the majority of our time, but it will depend on the number of staff needed and the varying departments where hiring is necessary.
Once both product and staffing issues are addressed, we will spend time onsite setting up your repair shop, organizing your storage, and training your staff members in work flow processes, to optimize their efficiency.
